About The Course
Phar 499 (CAPS 4)
This is a required course in 4th year undergraduate pharmacy; a case-based course which covers many different disease states and topics in pharmacy, therapeutics and ethics.
Learning Environment
I love to teach in a team-based, interactive environment where participation through group work and class discussions makes for a really positive, fun and stimulating learning environment. The pace is fast - covering many topics in one term. But, through engaging and participating, we all learn quickly from and with one another.
Projects
My passion for moving the profession of pharmacy forward has led me to participating in interprofessional education opportunities. I have also a keen interest in creating a teaching, learning and education environment through the development of a Pharmaceutical Care Clinic.
