The University of British Columbia

The Mass Spectrometry Facility is located at the Point Grey Campus of the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, BC, Canada. Situated within the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, the primary mandate of this facility is to support the research of in-house Faculty members, but it also offers mass spectrometry analytical services to the public and private sectors.

The main mass spectrometry system of the Mass Spectrometry Facility is composed of an Agilent 1290 Infinity UHPLC coupled with an AB SCIEX QTrap® 5500 hybrid linear ion-trap triple quadrupole mass spectrometer (UHPLC/MS/MS).
